Asus TUF A15 fTPM stutter

System: Windows 10
Model: FA506IU
Frequency of occurrence: too often
========================
Detailed description:As many people on this forum and all around the world are I am expecting a BIOS update to fix fTPM stutter too. When can we expect that?
And if you do not know at least provide us the old version of BIOS when turning it off was possible. And don't tell me that those versions are not supported. It is my device and I can throw it into a dumpster if I want to so please publish old versions of BIOS.

How can you know that the old bios versions have the ability to disable ftpm?

That is the problem, I don't know. That is why I am asking them to release all of the versions so people can choose.

I checked bios 304 of FA506IV. Trusted computing settings are enabled in that also. So old bios versions are no good. They should make the trusted computing settings are visible and changeable by the user.

Way ahead of you. I already did that and officially they said that they didn't find any issues. But unofficially they have told me that fTMP is causing the problem for many users. So tell us when are you going to release a fix?

Now he/she will answer you like that: "How can you be sure that the stuttering is caused by ftpm? There are many reasons to cause stutterings.  I would suggest you bring back your laptop AGAIN AND AGAIN to our service center."

I know. They provide those kinds of generic answers all the time. Instead, they can use the energy to solve the problem.
