Detailed description：As many people on this forum and all around the world are I am expecting a BIOS update to fix fTPM stutter too. When can we expect that?
And if you do not know at least provide us the old version of BIOS when turning it off was possible. And don't tell me that those versions are not supported. It is my device and I can throw it into a dumpster if I want to so please publish old versions of BIOS.

I managed to find 311 but I suppose that it needs to be even older.

How can you know that the old bios versions have the ability to disable ftpm?

If your problem occurs very frequently,  I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center.
