ASUS Transformer Upgrade to Win 10?

I have the T100 Transformer laptop.

It comes with Win 8.1 and 30G drive.
I currently have 1 G free space.
Win 10 says it needs 8G to install.

Questions:

1. Can I install with less than 8 G free?
2. Will Win 10 run on this PC?
3. I simply want to run WhatsApp for PC, but it needs Win 10 (to get video calls).
    Any other way to do this?

It is the T100TA.

This model is an early model and does not provide complete Windows 10 drivers. We cannot guarantee its stability and compatibility.
Regarding the installation of Windows 10 system, we suggest you refer to the information provided on the Microsoft website.

Well my early model didn't provide any Windows 10 drivers.  🙂
I listed my concerns above though. Assuming I could get the correct drivers for Win 10 installed etc. it still says it requires 8 G disk space.
Is this always the case? Can it be installed using less space?
