I have an ASUS TUF F15, FX506H, I haven’t spilled anything on it, but I think it’s the battery, for a few months whenever it wasn’t plugged in, it ran extremely slow and started freezing, and gave me an error once, I didn’t think much of it because it worked perfectly fine and fast when charging, but it was still arching when I unplugged it, I shut it down instantly and tried unplugging the battery, but I’m honestly to scared to try and turn it on without a grounding bracelet, I took a video of it arcing but I can’t upload it because it’s not mp4, gif, etc.

May I ask if you are using the adapter we provided? Does the plug connected to the adapter have grounding?
Considering your current situation, I would recommend sending both the laptop and the adapter for repair and testing.

I don’t believe so, in the box there was the awesome stickers, laptop, and the charger, which were plugged into a surge protector, ill probably send it in as soon as possible, thanks!
