AX6600 XT8 node keeps cycling back through green and blue flashing lights

Hello,

I have successfully re-installed the router (also AX6600), but the node keeps going through the same cycle of green flashing lights, blue flashing lights, white (for a second) and again. 

I have rebooted the node and performed a hard reset, but it keeps going through the same cycle. 
What causes this occur and how do I fix it?
