I would like to get serious advice about my XT9 trio. It is also quite urgent.
One XT9 is acting as router and one Node is ethernet connected directly to router. My question is about the second Node.
I need to run 2 new cables, but if it would be possible to connect the second Node via a Switch, it would save me a lot of complications (little space in the rail) and I would need just one cable.
The initial idea was to connect the second Node also directly to the router and from the Node with one patch cable a route to a Switch. If the version Router -> Switch -> Node XT9 would be a possible and reliable connection, it would be a jackpot for me.
Please only serious answers, the drilling and installation is quite complicated and expensive...
