In some caes, when you get an incoming call, you may accidentally swipe up at the calling screen and miss the incoming call notice.
You can follow the steps below to retrieve the incoming call screen :

Tap [Phone] app icon (as Figure 1) on the Home screen or tap the top notice bar (Figure 2).

Then the calling screen will show up and you can now answer the call (Figure 3).
