If your laptop screen is not functioning, we recommend connecting an external monitor to check if it displays properly.
If the external monitor also does not work, it may indicate an issue with the graphics card.
If the external monitor functions properly, it suggests a potential problem with the laptop's own screen.
Considering the reported situation, we advise taking your laptop to a repair center for further assessment.
The following is the contact information:

Also you can contact the local service center for help.

Here are few things that you can try:

1. Check your display settings

2. Update your drivers.

3. Remove the dust from the screen and keyboard.

4. Restart the device in safe mode.

5. Clean your device's duplicate files using a duplicate file finder software to free up storage space.
