Star I

I have a Zenbook S14, core ultra 5, 120Hz. When I watch movies on Disney or other apps in full screen mode, it causes screen flickering. Any suggestions. #zenbooks14

@raoak44
If you experience screen flickering when watching full-screen videos on all applications, we recommend that you refer to the following FAQ to uninstall the graphics card driver from Device Manager and then reinstall it.

Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

No it is still flickering, I have updated the graphic driver but no changes occur

If the issue persists, it is possible that there is a problem with the graphics card or the screen cable.
I would recommend that you take your laptop to a service center for further diagnosis.
