I have a Asus Vivobook K5504VA. It came with a 120hz screen that worked fine when I was under warranty. I noticed recently that I can only get 60hz and the option for 120hz is not there anymore. I called Asus and had multiple support calls/emails with them and they keep selling me I need to pay to send it in. It is clearly a driver software issue and they just refuse to fix it. I reset windows completely and I can't see the optioan for 120hz. When I load old drivers the screen goes to 120hz for 2 seconds while the installation process is happening and then quick goes back to 60hz again with no option for 120hz showing in the settings. Anyone else notice this error with this model? Any fixes?
