Changing the backlight brightness of the built-in keyboard doesn't work on my ASUS ExpertBook B1502CVA laptop with Windows 11 23H2. At the same time, the lowest backlight turns on at f7, and when pressed again, it immediately turns off with a corresponding message on the screen. When you turn on the laptop, the backlight turns on to maximum, i.e. it can light brighter

I performed all the steps in turn, checking at each step whether changing the keyboard backlight brightness worked - the problem remained, none of the steps helped

If the issue persists and whether it may be caused by a software malfunction remains unconfirmed, we recommend you to first back up your data, then proceed with system restoration to verify.
