Will update you if I find a solution though.I just bought a refurbished ZenBook Duo through Amazon (have had it less than a week) and have no idea how the thing works; I am having the restart issue on the Screenpad+, as well. Do I need to return it for updates, or is it easy enough for me to update these bits myself? (I can follow instructions and am fairly computer literate...)
It hasn't frozen on me yet, that I know of, but I'd sure like to make sure that doesn't happen, if I can!
@SeoulSeeker , have your software upgrades seemed to fix the issue?

zerouniverseWell, for whatever its worth, it started happening to me quite recently, so my suspicion is that one of the recent updates is to blame. I am not using adobe illustrator - but the issue seems more frequent when I am actually using the screenpad. If I'm not interacting with it it still happens occasionally, but not as frequently.This is exactly what's happening to me as well. Adobe illustrator seems to contribute to it happening. Such a fine laptop but all this dumb bugs in the software is really taking the shine out of owning one of these.
