System: Asus Expertbook B1400CEPE
Battery or AC: Both
Model: B1400CEPE
Frequency of occurrence: Upon entering windows (first boot and after restart)
Reset OS: Windows 10 and 11

========================
Detailed description:
Crash always occur on startup of Windows. This happens when Asus System Control Interface version is 3.1.0.0 or higher (3.1.1.0, and the latest 3.1.2.0).
It doesn't happen in version 3.0.22.0. So, temporary remedy is to roll back Asus System Control Interface to version 3.0.22.0. But it keeps updating itself to the newest version.
Tried updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and problem still the same. Dear Asus, please look at version 3.0.22.0 and apply to the latest version, because v3.0.22.0 doesn't have Asus Splendid crashes.

Yesterday I updated my BIOS to latest version 308. Then I tried to update ASCI to V3.1.3.0. Still same result.
I immediately reverted to V3.0.22.0, so no error today.

i don't have your model laptop, but I have installed Asus SCI V3.1.3.0. no single crash on Windows 11 build no 22000.675.
You have rolled back to SCI V3.0.22.0, go to the AsusSplendid.exe app location, check that application is digitally signed by Asus and Microsoft.

Hi Raju,
I'm at V3.0.22.0, and my AsusSplendid.exe is indeed signed by Asus and Microsoft.

Could you please check your Reliability Monitor to make sure that AsusSplendid did not crash in the background. Because in my case, no crash dialog appear.
