Thanks. That is what I did reinstalled V3.0.22.0 but starting MyASUS will upgrade it to 3.1.0.0. So, if the latest version is V3.0.22 then why MyASUS is seeing V3.1.x at the ASUS website and upgrading itself?

remove splendid from startup items under task manager .

also delete all possible tasks registered under tasks schedulers

There is no such thing as "Splendid" in the Startup and "Task Scheduler." It is part of ASUS System Control Interface which is under Devices.

Issue does not happen with V3.0.22.0. However, MyASUS updates it to V3.1.0.0. if I try to use MyASUS. As soon as MyASUS starts, it updates it to V 3.1.0.0., there is no option to choose to upgrade Yes, or No. All I can do is not use MyASUS application till ASUS fixes V3.1.0.0. crash problem.
