UX391F will not wake from sleep

Detailed description: Every time computer goes into sleep mode, cannot wake with a keystroke or button press. The small light on the power button is blinking. Must do a hard shutdown by holding the power button down for 10 seconds, wait 5 seconds then press power button, and unit reboots. Changed all the power settings so that system never goes into sleep mode, but it still goes into sleep mode - or some other mode - anyway. Note that up to about 30 minutes after computer goes to sleep, a single key stroke will wake it. But beyond 30 minutes, must to a hard shutdown.

Recently brought into Best Buy where I bought it. For $200 and a 1 year contract for their TotalTech service, they did a clean install of Windows 11 (had Windows 10), all the updates, tested system for BSOD. Problem is still there. Brought it back. They only guess that it is a hardware problem, with lots of cost to send out to diagnose and repair whatever. ( Hardware problem diagnosis and repair not covered in contract !!!) Not going there !!
