Crackling sound

Crackling sound from the laptop, not from the speakers, it's like crackling/static noise all the time begging from turning on the laptop. Bought this laptop 3 weeks ago, maybe it's started from the begging I don't know I just noticed it. Is it dangerous? and how I can fix it? I'm currently in South Korea
