Laptop Fan Question

I have a Viviobook s14 (32G memory, AMD Ryzen 9 processor with a 45watt dual fan (indicated for better performance).

Only have had it for two (2) days and I am not "panicking" but just inquiring...

Fan runs more than what I am used to with a laptop. Not disturbing, but a quiet "whooshing" sound.

Is this normal and just how this device operates?

The specifications of the currently shipped laptops are better than those of the previous models, and their performance has improved. 
The heat generated by the laptop during operation requires the fan to run for effective cooling, so I believe this is normal.
If you still have concerns, since this is a newly purchased laptop, we recommend contacting the dealer to ensure your rights are protected.
