ASUS ZenFone Max Pro (ZB601KL) DEVICE CORRUPTED and Cannot Be Trusted and Multiple problems

I'm using Asus ZenFone Max Pro (ZB601KL) M1, I'm facing these multiple problems,
1. Lower volume button not working

2. Even after connecting usb, I can only charge the device but I cant see USB tetharing option, which mean i cant able to access or share files using USB

I have connected USB but no usb tethering option avaible, its just charging

3. Main issue after I reboot or power of device I get like this

Have you tried performing a system restore on your phone?
