ZenFone8 stuck on waiting for flashing full ramdump

As requested by the mod - opening new discussion for the issue.
The Flashing Full Ramdump happened to me too - the phone was being charged over the night and the error was waiting when I woke up.
I hope that at least your service will fix it quickly.

Mods have not written any valuable comment here for a long time. I had given up hope of being contacted by them. However, I try to reach people with information about damaged motherboards - topic is also posted on some local forums. People with information in the local language will think about buying a zenfon.

it is probably just like someone wrote here - we are not key customers for a brand like asus ...

This exactly. We are not the the key customers for asus. They are not probably profiting with their zenfones so they didnt care. But they do however get tons of money from their other products specially in the computer products.

I already asked this @Gustav_ASUS. No definite answer. Of course not. If asus admitted they had identified a faulty batch of hardware they were obliged to start a recall.

As it seems their policy is sit and wait instead. @Gustav_ASUS prove us wrong...soon!!!

Mods have no say to this issue. They are just like messengers. If the bosses of asus has nothing to say, then they have nothing to say. So i think we should be nice with the admins.
However, the overall experience with asus is still the same, its horrible. I am so happy ive sold my zenfone 8. I am now worry free. I still visit this forum from time to time to see what has progressed, but apparently still nothing. Haha. Asus is really terrible.

Asus sent me 10 minutes ago all the documents to compile for the 100% refund on the Zenfone

I will send back their complimentary phone as soon as the refund will be on my C/C
