I had been contacted by asus fiew months ago about this problem and they said that newer models don't have this issue. Idk if they are lying or not but Snapdragon 888 had many issues. I think that the main problem is cpu. In my case since the repair phone seems a bit slower (I only seen the diffrence playing high demanding games) than it used to be but also it isn't as hot as it was while I was using it normally.
Instead of shipping it for 100 euro start payment (before even analyzing the issue), I went to the local repair shop. They told me it is the motherboard. So since it is a few months after warranty I will get a new phone from a different brand instead.
