Official Unlock tool not working for Zenfone 7

After downloading official Unlock tool from ASUS Website amd attempting to unlock my ZenFone 7 device. I keep getting error: Failed to unlock your device. Please try again later [24802]

Can admins clarify if it is temporary issue with unlock server or unlocking has been disabled permanently?

The Unlock App Service will undergo maintenance starting from May 2nd, 2023.

During the maintenance period, users will not be able to perform device unlocking.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Before I buy the zendone 8 and unlock the bootloader l'd like to make sure the unlock tool is working fine. When do you plan to finish the maintenance?

Hopefuly you won't stop the unlock device support as LG did after few years...

Was he working before May 2nd?

Because I was trying to open the lock in every way I know, but to no avail

And currently the phone is locked, I do not want to use it without unlocking

I hope to solve the problem as soon as possible

We are still waiting for unlocking the bootloader of our zenfone. Before I buy a Zenfone 8 can you tell us when the maintenance will be finished?

The US support said they won't help if unlocking the bootloader's not working.
