Hello, I have an ASUS Zenfone 10 (ZF10) that I stopped using since January last year. Recently, I decided to update the system. The current firmware version is 33.0220.0220.75, but when I check for updates, it keeps saying it's already up to date. I have tried all official methods for updating but still cannot receive the update notification.
As a workaround, I decided to manually download and install the firmware. Before updating to Android 14 (version 34.1004.0204.65), it is required to update to a specific version (33.0220.0220.101) first.
