Zenfone 10 update failure (ww.75)

The system firmware version is stuck at ww_33.0220.0220.75, I tried manually putting the latest firmware file UL-ASUS_AI2302-ASUS-34.1004.0204.201-1.1.4-2411-user.zip) downloaded into the root directory and a system update was detected but the update failed. Could I get help on the issue? Many thanks
