Hi Asus Team,
I would like to report that my Zenfone 8 is experiencing the Wi-Fi connectivity issue after the latest Android 13 update. Despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps, including:
Restarting the phone and router
Forgetting and reconnecting to the Wi-Fi network
Resetting network settings
Performing a factory reset
Unfortunately, the issue still persists even after the factory reset. This is causing significant inconvenience, and I would like to know if there is any official fix or workaround available.
Please provide guidance on resolving this issue. Looking forward to your response.

I appreciate your response. I took my Zenfone 8 to an accredited ASUS service center, and after their diagnosis, they informed me that the issue is with the motherboard, which needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, the cost of the replacement is nearly the same as buying a brand-new phone.
This is incredibly disappointing, especially since the issue started after the Android 13 update. Is there any official support or alternative solution available for affected users? It really feels unfair that a software update could lead to such a costly hardware issue.
