[Bug] Unable to toggle between Ringing, Vibrate and Mute from Notifications

So I have observed that I'm unable to toggle between the three modes sometimes from the notification panel. It does not happen everytime but its been happening frequently since the 191 update.
Its an ongoing bug since I purchased this device and I thought that future updates will fix this but it didn't happen.
@Anders_ASUS Need some help here.

I need to be able to duplicate the issue on some device before we can fix it and I haven't even been able to duplicate the issue I told you about so currently, there's no fix plan. You need to help me find out when this happens and what might trigger it.
The other way to do it (if you don't know what triggers it) is to log your phone with a special log tool.
