Zenfone 10 notifications dismissed and not showed up

Hi,

I'm facing some issue with notifications on my zenfone 10, it was received my display was blinking when it's arrived. but the problem is my phone didn't make any sound or even vibrate. when I tap the notification bar, it came to recently dismissed notifications. this only happen on 3rd party apps, i still got google and screenshot notification.

I've try to recheck all the possible reasons, notifications settings, DND, App setting, priority conversation. but doesn't help anything, its still go to dismissed notifications. while my phone also not giving any sound or vibration.

can someone here help me with this situation?

Do you experience this issue while using the mobile data or does it happen even while you are connected to the WiFi?

I was experiencing this both on mobile data and WiFi.

I thought it was game genie malfunction also, try to open and uncheck the "no notif" feature but it still remain the same.
