Unfortunately the software support ended so you have to buy a new phone or go with custom rom instead.
Zenfone 8 do support some operators according to this thread

According to the picture you provided, the network you are currently using is 4G+ network.

Could you please tell me which telecommunications company do you use locally? U mobile internet?
What is the exact problem you are currently experiencing?
