About an hour ago, I received my phone from the service center. After the device downloaded updates and restarted, I am facing this issue...
I am not able to select anything using the power button. The device has heated up since this happened. I am not able to switch it off as well. On long pressing the power button, this again shows up.
Update (after 4 hours): The handset has become really hot.
