Any help would be grateful. A couple of weeks ago my phone did an update over night .I clicked ok in the morning .it restarted .and now it just boot loops .I tried hard reset erased everything.it still loops at varying times.right after the Zenfone image .I can't even get my serial number off the phone to send it in to Asus . I just threw the box away two days before .I ended up buying a new phone..all I have is a rebooting brick ..thanks

I am not sure if what I propose could work: my suggestion would be to downlaod the source code (going to the Asus support and then Download center) and then reinstall it

While doing the hard reset, do you get to the menu?
And did you do the hard reset while having the phone connected to the charger?

I entered the recovery menu by using the side buttons .the phone was fully charged and plugged in .
