Make OS update policy longer

Zenfone 10 came out with Android 13 in 2023, and Android 15 is the last version it can update to.

Samsung A53 came out with Android 12 in 2022 and it can update to Android 16.

I've read the news in July that Samsung offered at least 3 years of update for their mid-level A series, and 7 years for their flagship models. Asus? 2 major OS version update for ALL models.

Zenfone 10, like all other models that ASUS has launched, was a good phone, until it's OS and security update got outdated. I thought the update policy is a huge advantage when promoting. People would like to buy products with better spec and support.

Also the last security patch was September 2025. I asked before for a full refund for this phone as Asus continuously puts my data at risk by not keeping up with the 4 years of promised security updates and , based on this happening again and again, I'd like to renew my request so I can move on to a company that is willing to keep up with updates. Please advise me how I can get my money back. After even a year we started missing updates (once every 2 months or so), and now it's been 3 months since the last one.

That's funny. Until now the whole bootloader and update thing made me Asus does not care at all about customers once they bought sth. We shall see.
