Hi,
My laptop is currently dead as I only noticed that it wasn’t charging (even though it was plugged in) when the battery level went low.
I have tried the battery back with a different device that works with a type C charger and it works, so the battery pack doesn’t appear to be the problem.
I have tested the lone USB-A port on the laptop and it is working. So it is clear that not all ports are “down”. There are two TypeC ports on the laptop and none of them worked with the battery back. I followed prompts found online and uninstalled the two battery drivers but this made no difference. I’m at a loss for what else to do, especially because the battery is now completely flat.
Has anyone experienced this before?
