@Falcon_ASUS Thanks for following up, yes I have returned the faulty laptop back to the supplier. Awaiting their verdict to see if they will replace me another one or refund me.
@Falcon_ASUS My supplier said there was nothing wrong with the computer, and wants to return it to me. but as tested there were the issues discribed, What are my next steps? My seller is based in Australia.
@Albs12345 When you brought your laptop to the service center, did you try the connection of your LG monitor in front of them? When they said nothing wrong with the laptop, did they test with other monitor brands?
