Zenbook 14 Update and Restart Loop

My Zenbook 14 is stuck in a restart loop. It turns on, says “Updates are Underway”, then restarts immediately. I can get it into recovery mode, but don’t want to wipe my files. Anyone experience this issue or have any potential solutions?

It sounds like your Zenbook is having trouble completing a Windows update. Please check if you can enter Safe Mode. If you can, please back up your data to an external storage device in Safe Mode first. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
