Can't change fan

Spec: Zenbook Flip 13, UX363EA being i5 and iris xe graphics.

After a Windows reinstall, I'm unable to change my fan speed using Fn + F. It instead say "Can' use in tablet mode", despite being in desktop mode with tablet mode disabled. Can someone help pls

The issue was caused by a missing HID event filter device, and these keybinds came from the manufacturer and myasus app specifically, which is made by my manufacturer. These can probably change in other laptops and such but yeah thanks for helping
