Zenbook 14 UN3481 Camera is glitching

Detailed description：
My Camera is glitching whenever I use it, in a video conference (Zoom, Skype) or even on windows camera app, it just repeats the last motion I did with my body, for example if I tilt my head to the right and back, it repeats this motion consistently,
I updated my camera driver, BIOS and every thing looks normal
any body had this problem?

May you enter device manager and check if there is any error message on Camera?
You may reinstall the camera driver from device manager as well.
Was there any update or modification before the issue occurred?

Hello Blake,
in my device manager there's no error message, however the camera listed twice
I have tried to reinstall it before from device manager but still the problem occurs,
and I tried to unstall one of these two camera setup that appears in the device manager but after restarting my laptop, the camera appear twice again

I didn't modify anything, but I think this happened after a windows update, and I don't have any restore points
