I have a new Zenbook 14, and I am trying to set up file sharing with existing PC's on my home network over WiFi. I have followed the various AI threads including changing the Services settings but so far I have failed to connect. I can get to a screen asking for the User/Password, but I can't get passed the password stage.
The existing PC's can all see each other and I can access my NAS drives. The other PC's appear in the File manager Network section.
I am wondering if this is a router security or firewall problem.
Any suggestions would be welcome

Yes I did all that but it still didn't work. I have now switch to a "Local machine sign-in" and that fixed it. I think the Win11 Home has a Group Policy that stops No Password sign in or something and that was the root cause.
Thanks

@Ratsea
Please go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Advanced sharing settings:
Turn on Network discovery
Turn on File and printer sharing
Under All Networks, turn off Password protected sharing for testing
Also, please check if any third-party antivirus software is installed.
If so, try temporarily disabling it to test whether you can connect.
Thank you.
