I accidentally installed the wrong PD firmware update and now the laptop can´t charge. It is not working at all with the AC connection either. The USB-C ports are dead.
In the Download-Center I searched for zenbook UX425 and two modells appeared. I took the wrong one.
Did you ever find a solution to the earlier thred!
