Detailed description: touchpad is not working. even FN + F6 doesn't work. on pressing the button it just shows "Touchpad disabled". Touchpad isn't showing up in the settings either.

The device isn't even showing up in the device manager at all. I've tried installing the Intel 12C driver and the Asus precision touchpad driver but that also isn't working.
 Also tried resetting the BIOS to default and even tried the EC reset but nothing has worked so far. Are there any solutions to this issue

@mksnhpc
If the device is not found in Device Manager, it may indicate a hardware issue with the device.
We recommend sending it for repair and diagnostics.
The following is the contact information:

Also you can contact the local service center for help.

Hi! Thanks for the reply. It certainly doesn't seem like a hardware issue since it started working for a few minutes but then stopped working again.

If that's the case, it's recommended that you back up your data first, then restore the system for confirmation.
