missing thunderbolt controller on ux490

i7-8550U / 16GB

UX490 has two TB ports.

Anyway, Missng the Thunderbolt Controller on Device Manager.

There is nothing in  Attached Thunderbolt Devices.

the Controller Driver version is N/A.

How can i recover this?

Thunderbolt drivers have an official driver installed.

For my zenbook duo pro with 2 ts ports, the driver name shown in the device manager is USB4 (TM) Host router.

UX490 has the TB3, controller name is Thunderbolt(TM) Controller.
