High Memory usage

Hi!

I have a Zenbook, and I have an issue with high memory usage. It's around 90%, and I have already cleaned the whole computer in many ways. Also, I reset it, and it's still the same. Once I free up memory through MyAsus, it goes down to 60%, but in a minute, it goes back to 90%. I cleaned up with YouTube videos, as I'm not an expert.

That means I tried using Task Manager and "RUN" as an administrator (temp and #temp#) to clean up the temporary files and restarted it. I went through "cleanmgr" and so on...

Does anyone have an idea what else I can do to save my laptop?
It's a Zenbook UM4314DA (UX431DA)
RAM: 8GB
SSD: 239GB
I just upgraded to Windows 11 Home.

Your Zenbook only has 8GB of memory. After upgrading to Windows 11, the system will automatically use more RAM for caching, so even if usage drops to 60% after a refresh, it’s normal for it to quickly return to 90%. As long as your computer isn’t noticeably lagging, this isn’t considered a malfunction. If you feel the system is running slow, we recommend checking Task Manager to see if any specific programs are abnormally occupying resources. If not, and you want more stable performance, consider reverting to the more resource-efficient Windows 10.
