Absolutely trash after sale service. My brother brought their asus laptop - ASUS ZENBOOK 14, 19 days back and he faced multiple hard ware issues, they just gave DOA certificate and the dealer later said he doesn't have a replacement and he cannot give a refund either. Sent n number of mails and calls to ASUS team, zero support from them. Fooling around and now I'm left with no choice except to file a legal complaint in consumer court.
No body bothered till date to give me a call and get us the help.
I was even ready for the replacement of the defected part , for the also they showed their 100% level of incompetency.
