Damaged asus zenbook duo

Hello! On 31.08.2024 I purchased a laptop asus zenbook duo from emag.com,Bulgaria. To my misfortune after three days of operation, the laptop stopped turning on. No light indication works,in a word "dead". Please give me contacts of official asus service centers in Bulgaria to send the machine for repair. Thanks!

If you have recently purchased the laptop, we would recommend contacting the retailer to inquire about the possibility of returning or exchanging the product.

The policy of the trader and according to Bulgarian law is that I can return the laptop up to 14 days after the date of delivery but note: "in the condition in which it was purchased", ie working. I saw on your website that one of the official repairers for Bulgaria is viewpoint ltd, and yesterday I sent the laptop in for warranty repair.
