May I know the complete model of the laptop you are using?
How to find Model Name

Have you recently installed or upgraded the memory or SSD to a non-original one provided by us?
Regarding the reported issue, we recommend updating the BIOS and system to the latest version.

To fix the blue screen error try these fixes:

1. Update outdated drivers.

2. To update the Windows, press Windows + I > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates.

3. Run a malware scan to detect any virus attack.

4. Restart your device.
