Brand new ProArt will not boot

I just bought a ProArt and it was fine for the first couple days of video editing. Then all of a sudden it went into BitLocker mode. So I unlocked my drive and now it will not get past the blue screen "Automatic Repair couldn't repair your PC".  After trying to wipe it clean with the onboard utilities with no success, I tried reinstalling Win 11 from a USB. After it was complete it told me my laptop doesn't have the resources for Win 11 to work. Obviously that's not true but.... I'm stuck. On day two of trying to fix it. Any help would be very appreciated.

@jpalmer1717
Since you have tried restoring the system but cannot troubleshoot the problem.
If the issue occurs with a newly purchased laptop, we recommend that you contact the retailer to check if a return or exchange is possible.
Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
