Greetings!
My screenpad button got disabled and the menus are gone after resetting the windows OS. I tried to reinstall first the ScreenXpert first and found this error: Missing LibraService


I tried to factory reset the Windows 10 but was unable to complete due to an error.

Have you verified that the ASUS ScreenXpert Interface driver is loaded under System Devices? You may also need the ASUS System Control Interface V2 driver listed there as well. They should be available on the driver downloads support page.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the drivers are shown in Device Manager. I tried to attach a screenshot, but keep getting an error 403 from the message board.

Tried one last time and it worked after half-a-dozen other attempts. Go figure!
