asus dial control panel closes automatically after lock screen

The Asus dial control panel closes automatically after the lock screen.

How to resolve this please?

I would suggest trying to uninstall the ASUS Dial & Control Panel App and then reinstalling it to see if that resolves the issue.

Please go to the Microsoft App Store to download the ASUS Dial & Control Panel App. 

8.2 Remove ASUS Dial & Control Panel App
