Problem with brightness.

The essence of the problem is this!

The screen is set to turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity.
There is no action when closing the lid.

Let's say I leave the laptop for 5 minutes, the screen turns off, and after the screen turns off, I close the lid!

When I open the lid, the laptop wakes up, and I see that the screen brightness has decreased! Although the set brightness value does not change!

In order to return the brightness, I need to either increase or decrease the brightness. And then set the desired % of brightness again.

This only happens in this scenario!

In other cases, everything is fine with the brightness!

It seems to me that the problem is with the drivers.
Can support check my problem and release a fix?

Windows 11 24H2 (26100.3915)
BIOS - 303
ASUS System Control Interface v3 - 3.1.43.0
NVIDIA Driver - V32.0.15.6607
INTEL Driver - V30.0.101.3111
N7400PC (X7400PC) laptop

@D_IMAN
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the graphics card driver to check if the issue is resolved?
Could you provide us with screenshots of the screen brightness percentage you have set and the screen off time settings?
Thank you.

1. Reinstalling the video card drivers did not solve my problem.

2. My brightness is always set to 60%

3. Screen off is set to 5 minutes.

@D_IMAN
I have forwarded the information to the relevant department.
We will keep you updated and your consideration will be very much appreciated.

The technical team used the same equipment with the same OS, driver, and BIOS, and did not reproduce the reported issue. To rule out whether it is caused by a system malfunction, it is recommended to back up your data and restore the system to check again. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
