Detailed description：
I started getting this Blue screen error (BSOD) after a windows update but i dont want to downgrade my windows. I'm a coder so mostly while working i put my pc in hibernation mode to avoid data loss as well as preserve power. i found out when the earphones or hdmi is plugged in while hibernation and plugged out while the pc is off, then during boot it causes blue screen death. I searched online and i came to know that it was caused my memory. i dont know a exact reason. Also i thought it was a BIOS error but even after getting a new BIOS update it still the same. Someone found out any solution please help me!.

for bsod root causes , we need to analysis memory dump files , so zip of memory dump files and upload in online storage , then paste link here

2. What is the current system version number?
3. What is the current BIOS version?
4. Does this happen in a specific operation or random?
