Detailed description：some of my keyboard keys are not working.however a external keyboard is working.what to do

i have tried all possible methods availible in asus youtube tutorials also but nothing has happeneened.the laptop is in warentee

type "ctfmon.exe " in cmd and press enter.
then type letters on keyboard use notepad.

nothing happens after that command

now i am also having the cursor jumping madly all over while browsing..whats the problem.though now the keypad is ok
