My ASUS ROG Strix G731GV laptop is having a persistent problem. The keyboard is not working. It was working yesterday and even earlier today, but not today. I've tried deleting all the ASUS number pad and HID keyboard device drivers multiple times. The problem isn't going away. I tried going in the BIOS startup menu to reset to defaults and that didn't help. How can I download the proper driver. I think this is a software issue not a hardware issue. The lights still work on my keyboard. The touch pad and mouse still works. The volume buttons and a few buttons at the very top work. But no letters, numbers window button, number pad button or anything else useful works. Only by using a bluetooth keyboard can I use my computer at all. Help please ^_^
